So close to hear you

When I talk about skin to skin, we think of...
There is only a beginning to talk about.
The arrival of you in thos world.
Without being clothed, u were woven in your mother's womb.
When you were held, kept safe.
You heard every heart beat, every thought of your mother.
Her wishes and dreams echoing within.
Your very breath, you depended on her.
You had no question about your life, how it began.
Only knew what u needed.
Yet, it was provided without you needing to ask.
The very next minute, you had to come out of that sacred place.
You met light for the first time.
The sounds that you heard in your mother's womb was making sense.
You felt the beings around.
Although, you could not yet make out clearly,  you saw the first time the faces of your mother and your father.
You needed time to connect these faces, voices to what you heard inside while being woven.
The next minute you knew, the same warmth and safety was shifting place to a bighter, dryer, cooler place.
You felt you still needed the connection that gave you everything, your heart beat, your warmth.
You wondered and trying to calm, settle in.
You cried, and suddenly you knew the familar voice, she responed to you.
Her warmth kept your heart beat calmer, you felt you were not alone, you felt safe.
And out of exhaustion, you fell asleep.
