Growing to understand how our body protects us

It was a sunny day.
Toti was allowed to sit in today.
A little less active, perhaps he too felt the heat.
As we head out to the walk way, I felt his body temperature higher than usual.
I was worried and thought to myself that he might have got heat stroke
As we were waiting for our transport, something wet touched my skin
I was in the nick of time to move away from what seemed to be dripping down his bag
Horrified, dismayed for words, Toti, who never urinated when he is outside,  committed a harmless crime.

Which to me was absurd at first, then i checked his temperature and found it normal just after his act of letting go
I quickly came to realise animals have the most untampered way of de-stressing, disposing energies, and allowing fluids to help bring the body back to equilibrium.
The fact, they shake or vibrate all the time, actually helps the body not to store negative energies.
Their fight and flight system are also in tune.
When they are under stress, like after being chased by a predator, they will immediately shake themselves for a while, not deliberately, but allowing their excess body energies to be disposed. Therefore, not storing or keeping the negative energies in their bodies.
We, however have curtailed ourselves to loose this natural way of desensitizing our defensive or protective system after each stressful moment.
Taking in and storing our negative energies usually.

How do they know that letting go helps in their equilibrium?

I believe this is something intuitive, our body has his own intelligence how to get well,  that is to shake away excess energy after a stressful event.
If we but let him do their job without thinking too much, and listen to our body and to what it wants us to do in cooperating, in letting things happen naturally.
Judging, doubting, impatience, can be our stumbling blocks for wholeness and organic healing to take place.

Healer

I would wish very much to communicate with animals, hearing them, their ideas, our environmental changes, ...
I do not want to be their doctor or their nurse.
But, i do love to interact with them, play with them, understand them and in return ha
Ve their unconditional love.
Sometimes, it takes a while to see them responding.
I am more patient and I have become more gentle with them when they do naughty things or test boundaries.
They are so alive, they are diff everyday.
Their moods and behaviour changes.
The subtle and quick spontaneous nature attracts me.
Often, these moments are precious gems to me.
They can only be savoured at the moment.
Many of these moments cannot be captured or explained.
No one can see except if you look out for them in your own world.
Every gesture is so magical, that it grips me and makes me want to exclaim.
Often, these are moments others cannot appreciate, unless they were part the process of it manifesting.
I call these moments, treasures of my heart.

A walk I never will forget 2

AT first i just said hi and was on my way.
But, i stopped and decided to help his master out.
AfTer some exchangEd words, i realised this poor dog had walking problems, his hind legS seemed weak and he seemed to be leaning on one side more than the other.
I gasped with amazement how he was trying to do his walk dispite of his physical condition.
So, i decided to help him and told him, not to be anxious, as i would help him along.
I talked with him, went over to pat him, i thought it must be difficult to finish such a long walk.
He would s
top and pause,
Refusing to go on.
I would call him, went down to his energy level and got him up to walk again. At times, i would challenge him to do a quicker pace and at times to slow down, to my amazement, he would actually follow my pace.
Later, i found out that his owner had gone for a holiday and he was still adjusting to his new environment and caretaker.
BLESS HIS SOUL!!!!!

A walk I will never forget

It was evening, the trail that I was on lead me to a wonderful and beautiful soul called, Liesle.
He was a big 4ys golden retrivere.
My meeting with him was really
unus
ual.
I wanted to walk my way without interruption, however, i was attracted to this shy, tilted, but beautiful, obedient dog, he seemed very reluctant to do his walk, his master had to keep calling his name. He was lagging behind, his other friend was just  doing the opposite.

Four years and already an animal lover

Getting to know u

Getting all to play

The motivation behind getting all 3 of my rabbits to run, play, have fun is basically so i dont have to clean up their mess.
Besides, i get to sit in a rather sunny but shaded area, while they play.
They have got used to the space and boundaries on which their 4 paws are allowed on.
Many people are too happy to see live, animal souls around.
Just wanting to be close them.
It stirs the hearts of many, both young and old alike.
We need something out there to show us what freedom, joy, play, interaction really means and how importantly, we are all interconnected
.My babies get the best from me whenever i bring them out into the garden. They chase each other, girl will usually run for shade, but she hopes i go get her time to time. The other 2 will come to me from time to time. They get to munch on the dry weeds and green grass around. They get their teeth polished with the branches that the children bring them.
I on the other hand help the kids, parents, teens to pat, handle and be with the rabbits.
I feel it is like educating in a fun and interactive way to protect animals, learn not to fear them.
That we are most happy when we can connect in a safe and friendly environment.

Bella's spring jump

Reading in a bookshop

Curling into his den

A fallen moth

An unusual guest

An unafraid child

Eating up my ads

Travelling

Mounting onto what is safe

My babies, Furry, Bella and Toti

My babies have given me chances to risk love, care, forgiveness, patience.
Bella has taught me that no matter how much of wanting to fit in with the rest, one has to be respected for one's temperament, pattern.
She has taught me to be patient, better control of myself, trust.
Fluffy, has taught me that one can become more loving with the encouragement of his environment.
Toti, has been there for me. Having being polite to be safe and showing his feelings without being afraid of being rejected.
Trusting me even I fail at times.

A beautiful motherly's soul

Every soul is a gift
